When local artist Keith Proctor walked into our gallery last year and impressed us with his paintings and warm and friendly nature we knew there would be big things to follow for Keith. Washington Green Fine Art instantly fell in love with the warm portraits of 'Jack' Keith's Son and offered Keith a publishing contract.
